Joshua Moultray

Joshua Moultray is a hard working lawyer with an entrepreneurial spirit. He practices real estate and business law for a diverse clientele from individuals to corporations, and enjoys advocating for his clients.

A third-generation Mercer Islander, Josh started his first business before high school working on computer networks. Josh attended the University of Washington, where he continued to operate his own business, work for a private K-8 school, and maintain an active presence in fraternity life. After graduating, Josh started a successful parking enforcement business with 12 employees until some changes in the law prevented his continued operation. He started at the Seattle University School of Law in 2007, and was admitted to practice law in November 2010.

Josh lives on Mercer Island with his wife Amy, their son, and a dog Chrissy that they rescued from the shelter on San Juan Island. Josh is an avid boater—you can often find him up in the San Juan Islands, especially during the summer.

In addition to boating and the practice of law, Josh’s interests include playing softball as part of the Mercer Island JCC league, wine tasting, traveling, volunteering with the alumni association of his college fraternity, and avidly supporting the Huskies. Josh also enjoys spending time with his family. A true Seattleite, Josh plans to live in what he considers the most amazing part of the country for the rest of his life.
